Privacy Notice

How information is used when you browse Zylla, manage a celebration or respond to an invitation.

Information used by the service

Zylla processes account details, wedding and event information, guest records and invitation responses supplied by account holders or invited guests. Depending on enabled tools, this can include contact details, household information, attendance, seating assignments and uploaded photos. Provide only information needed for the celebration.

Why information is processed

Information is used to sign you in, operate your workspace, display invitations, record responses and support guest and event planning. Operational logs support reliability and security. The public marketing examples use illustrative information rather than actual guest records.

Who can see invitation information

Console access depends on authentication and workspace permissions. Published cards can be viewed by anyone holding the public link, including any contacts, photos or other details you enable. Individual invitation links can show recipient-specific information. Do not post private guest links publicly.

Service providers and browser storage

The application uses Supabase for authentication, database and file-storage services. Hosting infrastructure processes requests needed to deliver the service. Authentication cookies and a language-preference cookie support the application. See the Cookie Notice for details.

Retention and your requests

Retention depends on the records, organiser actions and configured deletion options. Do not assume that an event ending deletes every related record. Contact your organiser about guest information, or contact Zylla to request access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting.
